Kaley Wood

Kaley has several years of experience in healthcare customer service including assisting patients in provider offices and addressing questions and issues from clients’ employees.

After beginning her career as a patient coordinator with a prominent women’s health practice in Richmond, VA, Kaley joined Leahy Consulting Services in April 2026. She brings with her a solid background in health insurance knowledge, computer systems, and interpersonal communication.

Using a combination of organizational and data analysis skills, Kaley works with our clients to help administer and monitor their benefit programs. She coordinates with internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure that all parties are operating with accurate and timely information and members have access to the full value of their benefits.

Education: Kaley graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
