Robin Leahy

Robin has over 30 years of experience underwriting and managing employee benefit programs. Her focus has been on the financial analysis, compliance and communication of those plans.

Robin started her career with a large health insurance company as an underwriter. Using her underwriting expertise, she worked for several large consulting firms over the years, prior to starting Leahy Consulting Services in 2006, with her husband Chris Leahy.

While Robin continues to focus on the financial and compliance components of her clients’ benefits programs, she is also involved in managing the overall operations for Leahy Consulting Services.  Robin and Chris started an independent consulting firm because they are passionate about helping businesses and employees understand the value and financial impact that benefits can have on their overall health and financial success.

Education: Robin graduated from The University of Richmond magna cum laude in 1988.
