Tynan Englert has over 5 years of experience assisting clients with financial analysis and policy administration in the insurance industry.

After beginning his career in client services with a boutique Private Placement Life Insurance brokerage, Ty joined Leahy Consulting in January 2024. He brings with him a strong background in financial reporting, data analysis, and issue resolution.

Using a combination of creative problem solving and advanced proficiency in analytics tools, Ty works with our clients to design, deliver, and monitor their benefit programs. He coordinates across internal teams, carriers, and clients to ensure that all parties are operating with accurate and timely information and members have access to the full value of their benefits.

Education: Tynan graduated from The University of Richmond cum laude in 2019
